OVERVIEW

PalawanPay Money Shop needed its existing web platform converted into a mobile app for accessibility, enabling transactions like send money, pay bills, buy load, and cash in/out.

PROBLEM

Low engagement wasn't caused by inaccessibility — research revealed that most agents were dropping off during onboarding, long before they could ever use the product.

SOLUTION

Rather than overhauling onboarding entirely, a lightweight eligibility check was introduced upfront on the official PalawanPay Money Shop website to validate documents early, surface specific feedback, and reduce drop-offs at the single highest exit point in the user journey.

Users were relying solely on email for order notifications, leaving warehouse staff without real-time visibility into order statuses and daily distribution activities.

SOLUTION

A unified dashboard was designed to surface real-time updates on orders and operations, giving users instant access to the information they need, improving both productivity and cross-team efficiency.
